Adjustment to rules in relation to ECTS obtained from conferences and study circles

As of 01.01.25 the PhD board has decided to change the rules in relation to the ECTS PhD students can obtain from Conferences and study circles. The changes only applies to PhD students that are enrolled from 01.01.25 and onwards.

Adjustment to rules in relation to ECTS obtained from conferences and study circles

As of 01.01.25 the PhD board has decided to change the rules in relation to the ECTS PhD students can obtain from Conferences and study circles. The changes only applies to PhD students that are enrolled from 01.01.25 and onwards.

The changes are as follows:

  • A total of 6 ECTS can be obtained from conference participation and study circles
  • 2 ECTS can be granted from active conference participation in total

Changes are described in corresponding templates and the template for the PhD plan.
